Burton Manor Farm Cottages are situated on a traditional working family farm and comprise 6 cosy self catering cottages that are equipped to a high standard for your comfort. The cottages enjoy an elevated position and offer exceptional views as well as providing an ideal base for visitors to the Peak District National Park. There are countless acres of unspoilt countryside for you to explore, mile upon mile of footpaths including well established trails along the Limestone Way, Millers Dale and Lathkill Dale as well as a selection of attractions within a short drive.

Burton Manor Farm Cottages are situated deep in the countryside just outside the village of Over Haddon. Served by the A515 Ashbourne to Buxton road and the A6 at Bakewell which are distant enough not to be seen or heard yet close enough to allow easy road access.

If travelling from Bakewell follow the signs for the B5055 Monyash Road heading south west. Follow this road up the hill and after just under 1 mile you will see that the road turns quite abruptly to the right. There is a small turning to your left that is signposted for Over Haddon and you need to take this. Burton Manor Farm Cottages are a few hundred yards up on the right hand side.

If travelling from the A515 take the road signposted for B5055 Monyash. Continue to Monyash and out of the other side heading for Bakewell. Stay on this road for just under 4 miles and as the road approaches Bakewell it does a sweeping right hand, downhill bend. Once you leave this bend there is another that goes quite sharply left and on this is a turning to the right signposted for Over Haddon which you need to take. Burton Manor Farm Cottages are a few hundred yards up on the right hand side.

Our nearest town is Bakewell, strictly speaking the only town in the National Park and offering a wide selection of shops, eating places, a weekly market, swimming pool and ample car parking. Nearby are Buxton, the highest market town in England and famous for Buxton Mineral Water, Castleton with it's renowned caves famous for the semi precious Blue John gemstone, Haddon Hall and the exceptional Chatsworth House with extensive free grounds as well as a fine garden landscaped over centuries and well worth a visit. Perhaps this is why our guests return, with so much to do and explore you can not possibly hope to see everything in just one visit.
