This stunning 4 bed roomed cottage has been totally renovated, refurbished and professionally designed to create a beautiful family home which whilst retaining a wealth of charm and character is presented in a contemporary style. This outstanding property nestles in a wooded setting adjoining Padley Gorge in the heart of the Peak district with riverside gardens.
The spectacular drawing room has a cathedral pitched style ceiling and log burning stove with large flat screen TV, DVD and CD player.
The farmhouse style kitchen with dining area is fully equipped to include fridge/freezer, ice maker, microwave, hobs, grille and two ovens, dishwasher.
 
Sleeps 6-7 in 4 bedrooms with a Jacuzzi corner bath in one of the 2 bathrooms with showers.
The ground floor has limestone tiles with under floor heating whilst the 1st floor has throughout French oak flooring with the all three floors serviced by gas central heating.
A fully equipped laundry room with fridge is on the ground floor with access to a patio with BBQ and garden furniture. A supply of logs and charcoal is provided.
Ample parking in the drive. Linen and towels provided.
Regret no pets or smoking.
Rates June and September ý1,075; July and August ý1,275. Deposit 25% balance payable weeks before letting. Saturday changeover preferred.
