As Martin Guptill is now in contention to play in the LV = County Championship match against Surrey due to Usman Khawaja’s departure, the photo call and interview opportunity with the New Zealand international will now take place shortly after close of play on Monday 30th May.
Scheduled Close of Play is approximately 6pm.
Derbyshire’s overseas signing will be available for interviews and photographs in his Derbyshire Falcons Friends Life t20 kit alongside his new Captain Luke Sutton.
The meeting point will be the Old Speckled Hen Media Centre and photographs will commence first followed by interviews with the written and broadcast media.
Guptill is a high profile capture for Derbyshire having made a name for himself on the world stage with his performances at the of the New Zealand order in both the Test and one-day arenas.
Derbyshire begin their Friends Life t20 campaign on Thursday 2nd June with a 7pm start against Lancashire Lightning.
