A 10 mile walk to the chapel in the forest, Tegg’s nose and the mighty Shutlingsloe with far reaching views from these vantage points.
Sunday 29th May Hope & Bradwell dales S33 6RD
A 10 mile walk from Hope to follow the river Derwent then climb over Offerton Moor to Smelting Hill, wonderful views of the Derwent valley and Hathersage, skirting Abney Moor to Bradwell the home of ice-cream.
Monday 30th May Monsal Trail tunnels DE45 1NL
A new 10 mile walk along this popular trail this time using the newly opened tunnels, all 3 are due to open on the 25th with new lighting and surface, the return will be via Taddington and the river.
