Friday the 18th March made for a very enjoyable walk to introduce a group of tour operators from all over India to the Peak District, we started by meeting the mixed group at the Losehill House Hotel where they had spent a very comfortable night, after a short introduction and talk about where they would be going we set off up to Lose Hill, following the ridge to Back Tor, Hollins Cross and Mam Tor, the weather was perfect which was a relief and the views were 360 degrees and far reaching.
From here they were taken to Castleton for their lunch.
This was the first time they had ever heard of the Peak District let alone had the chance to visit so the few days they were here they crammed in a fair few sights. They never seemed to stop asking questions and their quest for information was endless, it was a real pleasure to introduce this group to the Peak District and it is hoped they may send tourists here instead of London.
They thoroughly enjoyed their walk, their visit and the area. Having a guided walk takes away the stress of planning and navigating your walk
