We are the main distributors in Derbyshire and surrounding area for our paints, skincare, mattresses, and clothes. We are a small family business which consists of Me Pam my husband Ian and our four children. (Mother nature) we also have all our furniture made at my brother and parents workshop which is Alpine Reproductions, Hope Valley Derbyshire.
Like most families we have always been interested in using natural products in our home simply because of a need to protect our children from toxins but also for health reasons such as Asthma and Eczema we found it difficult to find local Eco friendly products such as skincare, paints and waxes and also ethical non allergenic clothing. We also wanted to showcase our family furniture business and show that we can use non toxic paints on children’s furniture this is when we developed Mother Nature. we have our shop in the beautiful historical plague village of Eyam, Derbyshire, where you can see our pine/oak hand made baby/ children/ teenager furniture and also bamboo/cotton children’s clothes, as well as organic eco paint by Naturepaint (we are the main distributor in Derbyshire). We also have organic bamboo/coconut mattresses and changing mats, organic skincare by Babyscent and organic cleaning products by Homescent. We can also engrave items of furniture such as stools etc. which make fantastic personal gifts for christenings, birthdays, weddings, Christmas, we recommend that you visit our shop to view our range and discuss your requirements with our helpful friendly staff.
Our furniture is solid throughout, made at own family workshop (Alpine Reproductions). Can grow with your child and made to last, can be made as standard or as unique as you would like (each piece can be re coloured or stripped and naturally waxed) but we are not exclusive or expensive in price. We can also make furniture for any room in your house, not just for children.
