We are located just 10 minutes from Matlock. Surrounded by inspiring countryside, there is a variety of activities and entertainments for the discerning tourist to relax and enjoy. Pear Tree Farm Accommodation
Pear Tree Farm is traditionally built, with all the features one expects of a Derbyshire farmhouse, yet with the full range of modern amenities expected by international tourists, including internet access.
Our Rooms
We have 4 double bedded en-suite rooms and 4 twin bedded en-suite rooms (one has a bath and shower) and one family room which has a double and 2 single beds with space for a put up bed and cot. The family room has an en-suite corner bath and shower. Two rooms are situated on the ground floor with facilities for the disabled and wheel chair access to the dining room and lounge.
All rooms have TV & video player, towels, hairdryer and drinks tray provided with liquid soap and shower gels. We have a large lounge with a wood burning stove, large TV/video/DVD player, a selection of books, videos and DVD's for guest enjoyment and music centre.
Guest Lounge
We have a large Guest Lounge, with log burning stove, for visitors to enjoy, socialise and unwind in an evening. The room is equipped with a T.V, video, DVD player and Music system. There is a range of books and magazines made available to guests for the duration of their stay.

All our rooms have free code-accessed WiFi.
Our Food
Our renowned traditional English breakfast incorporates the best locally sourced produce. Our continental breakfast includes a selection of bread, a choice of jam, yoghurts, cheeses, fruit salad and cereals. This of course is complimented by a choice of fruit juices, ground filtered coffee and tea selection. Our Full English Breakfast is made from many locally sourced ingredients with our bacon and sausages coming direct from the highly renowned village butchers. All our eggs are free range and we do our utmost to support local farming businesses.
All meals are served in our charming guest dining room surrounded by local works of art. The premises are fully licensed to serve a selection of local beers, wines and spirits. We are happy to cater for special diets by arrangement.
We offer a BBQ by arrangement with gazebo if needed. We have a table and chairs to sit out and a secure off-road car park.
Recycling
At Pear Tree Farm we recycle glass, plastic, tins and paper/card.

Bed and Breakfast Prices:
Our standard rate B&B price is £70-80 per night for a double room (based on two people sharing a double twin en-suite room with full English breakfast). Single occupancy is charged at £50-60 per night. Prices depend on season, dates and duration of stay. Our children rates vary depending on age, please call for details.
Half or Full Board options:
For group holidays we can offer Half or Full Board options, please ask for individual quotations and a sample menu.
Self Catering Prices:
Pear Tree Farm Guest House can be hired out as a whole property for self catering. The property Sleeps 20 (+6) with 9 en-suite rooms (4 double, 4 twin and 1 family room plus sofa beds), dining room, large lounge, kitchen and gardens. BBQ available by request.
5 - 7 night stays from £400 per night
3 - 4 night stays from £500 per night
2 night stays from £600 per night.
Terms and Conditions:
We require 25% non-returnable deposit to secure your booking. All balances due 6-8 weeks prior to arrival unless arranged differently. We accept cheques or credit cards and payment may be made over the telephone. All monies are non-refundable and non-transferrable in the case of cancellation. Please if in doubt get your own travel insurance. We do ask that you talk to us immediately there may be a problem to see if we can help.
