Dawn Cottage is located within the grounds of Dove Top Farm in an amazing location, just a half mile walk from the famous Dovedale Valley. This is an absolutely fantastic location for walking, cycling, horse riding or just relaxing and enjoying the wonderful countryside. Dove Top Farm is a working farm with sheep, cattle, chickens and goats. There are footpaths from the door to get onto The Tissington Trail which then lead onto The High Peak Trail/The Limestone Way and The Pennine Bridleway. A very convenient location for most towns and villages within the Peak District....

This accommodation consists of 2 comfortable rooms - 1 Double and 1 Family room. There is a private dining room/lounge with an open fire and television. For larger numbers of people, there is a cottage that sleeps 6 – please see details below.
FOOD A generous farmhouse breakfast is included, with drinks and homemade baking always on offer.
If you would like ideas for your evening meals...We have a folder containing sample menus form local pubs and restaurants.
Alternatively, if you prefer to stay in and eat, an evening meal can be served with a little prior notice.
Picnics/snacks/packed lunches are available on request.

Prices range from £25 per person with special rates for children.
