Garden Farm is a  Beautiful Bed & Breakfast , furnished and equipped to a very high standard and set within the 7-acre grounds of the Farm (no longer working), in a quiet and peaceful location on the edge of Ilam Hall Country Park, enjoying spectacular countryside views.  

FACILITIES
There are four large double rooms, including a twin with either ensuite shower room or your own private bathroom attached. All of the rooms are decorated to a very high standard indeed, fully equipped with TV, and refreshment tray in each room.

There is a beautiful residence’s lounge where you can relax and unwind, alongside the space of your own rooms.

There is ample parking available, a garden to enjoy the sun and and residences own entrance and hallway – certainly very muddy boots, child and pet friendly!

Breakfast is delightful with an extensive choice, something for everyone.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement.  

LOCATION
Enjoying a secluded location Garden Farm lies within the heart of the most spectacular limestone scenery of the Peak District National Park. With the Tissington Trail and High Peak Trail cycle and walking ways are close by and with footpaths leading directly from the Farm, this is the ideal location for walking, cycling, climbing and other outdoor pursuits. The beautiful Dovedale and Manifold valleys lie just a mile away.

However, if the weather is poor, there are loads to do with Chatsworth, Alton Towers, the National Tram Museum, Gulliver’s Kingdom, Buxton Opera House, Derwent Valley World Heritage Site, Ashbourne, Matlock and Bakewell all within easy reach.

Ashbourne 5 miles. Carsington Water 9 miles. Alton Towers 8 miles.
