The truly authentic English B & B experience would not be complete without a really good breakfast. Just as well then that Grendon is the proud owner of the The VisitBritain Breakfast Award which recognises those hotels and B&Bs that offer their guests a quality and choice of breakfast, service and hospitality that exceeds what would be expected at their star rating. Whether enthusiastic omnivore or confirmed vegetarian, at Grendon they spoil you for choice.
Their side table groans with a dazzling array of fruit compotes and fresh fruit salad to tempt the most reluctant of health food fanatics. Add their special blended muesli, a sprinkling of toasted nuts and seeds and some natural yogurt for a delectable starter to set you up for the day.

DINNER
Dinner is a feast of home cooking using locally sourced ingredients. However, dinner is offered to guests as an additional option. We do not, as a rule, offer a full half-board vacation, ie, dinner on several consecutive evenings. Do ring Hilary, the owner, to talk about dinner before you arrive. They certainly will do their level best to give you what you need - nothing is impossible!
