Description:

“One of the nicest BnBs I’ve ever stayed in!”  - wrote one of our recent guests.  That’s because we go the extra mile to make your stay as perfect as it can be!

Number 37 is a new Bed and Breakfast in an interestingly quirky old house in the middle of the small historic town of Wirksworth – which is known as “Derbyshire’s Hidden Gem”.  There is a homely atmosphere with things to make your stay feel special – cotton sheets, thick Egyptian cotton towels, nice rugs, and a nice deep bath.  We have two beautiful rooms.  Church View is our gorgeous double room with all the touches to make your stay memorable, even down to fairy lights around the bed for that romantic evening!  Garden View is our lovely double plus single bedded room that looks out over our quirky multi-level garden and up to the surrounding hills.  It too has lots of lovely touches.  Easily converted into a triple room, it is ideal for families or friends to stay in.

We offer fantastic breakfasts and hearty evening meals.   Lovely food – vegetarian/vegan or meat based, we make it to suit you! We have a mixed family, some are vegetarian (20+ years), some prefer meat – so we can cook a variety of great meals that you will love.  Where possible all food is produced using organic, free range, fair trade and/or local produce.

Life-long walkers and cyclists we offer lots of local knowledge (about as much as you can take!) to help you plan your stay.  We also offer guided walks and cycle rides, Stone Circle and unknown Derbyshire tours, for those who would like to see something a bit different.

Contact us to talk about what you’d like to do on your holiday on 01629 824258 or 07903 501101, or see our website  for more details.
