However, if the weather is poor, there is loads to do with Chatsworth, Alton Towers, the National Tram Museum, Gullivers Kingdom, Buxton Opera House, Derwent Valley World Heritage Site, Ashbourne, Matlock and Bakewell all within easy reach.

Accommodation
Converted from a picturesque stone barn overlooking Eaton Dale, the four bedroom suites all include showers, or baths with showers ensuite. Despite the traditional external appearance of the building, the suites have an uncluttered contemporary interior and are technically superior to many hotel suites charging twice as much.
