Tariff: £75 per night for double £60 per night for single
Weekend - minimum 2 night stay
Stays of 3 nights or over will be reduced by £5 per night.
BEDROOM 2 - Haddon Large bedroom with Super King Bed (that can be
made into a twin). Access to outside patio area, overlooking the valley. Large private bathroom across hallway (with bath and shower).
Tariff: £65 per night for double £50 per night for single
Weekend - minimum 2 night stay
Stays of 3 nights or over will be reduced by £5 per night.
BEDROOM 3 - Hardwick King Size Bed - with access to outside patio area, overlooking the valley.
This room shares the large bathroom across hallway (with bath and shower), used by Bedroom 2 - so will only be let as part of a family stay.
Tariff: £55 per night for double £40 per night for single
Weekend - minimum 2 night stay
Stays of 3 nights or over will be reduced by £5 per night.
Things to Do
Nine Ladies Stone Circle
The B&B is a stones throw away from beautiful Stanton Moor, home to this ancient stone circle. Put your boots on and take a short stroll across the fields, to see this archeologically important site.
Arbor Low Stone Circle
An English Heritage site situated a few miles away. You can walk there if you are a keen hiker, but otherwise a short drive takes you to this historic site. Explore and enjoy.
Chatsworth House
One of the most elegant historic houses in the country, the Chatsworth Estate offers a full day out - including tours of the house / gardens / children’s farm yard / farm shop / numerous restaurants. See their website to see what events they hold throughout the year and time your visit to coincide with one of these. We have parking passes for anyone wanting to visit the house.
Haddon Hall
Seen across the valley from the B&B windows - this stunning Medieval Hall is fascinating to look around.
You can feel the age and ghostliness of this place as you explore in a half a day.
You can easily walk there from the B&B and back again - to make a full day out.
Hardwick Hall
One of Britain's greatest and most complete Elizabethan houses - situated at Doe Lea, Chesterfield.
Bess of Hardwick first created Hardwick Hall in the late 1500’s.
Monsal Dale
One of Derbyshire’s beautiful limestone valleys - this is well worth a visit - taking time to walk and enjoy the scenery and wildlife, stopping for lunch at a near by pub.
The Monsal Trail - offering cycling along the old railway track, travelling through recently opened up tunnels. Bikes can be hired at various places
