Description: LOCATION
The owner Judith provides you with a very warm welcome at this lovely Bed and Breakfast. The Woodbine B&B offers excellent food and accommodation for lovers of Hope and Castleton, the Hope Valley and the Peak District National Park. Their B&B, three star rated, Peak District accommodation is generally regarded as the best place to stay in the Peak District for walkers, mountain bikers, cyclists or just lovers of our famous flapjack - don't take their word for it, read about them in the Lonely Planet guide.
Their accommodation, in the centre of Hope village, Derbyshire, is in homely 16th century cottages next to the Woodbine Café.
FACILITIES
They have 9 rooms, all ensuite a selection of doubles, twin and a king-size, all rooms spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a lovely spacious lounge with a TV and tea making facilities, off-road parking and drying facilities for wet clothing and boots. For those with bikes there is secure overnight storage for your peace of mind. Hearty breakfasts are provided with plenty of choice, special diets are catered for on request. They also accept group bookings.
When the weather is good there is a tea garden at the back of the café, full of fuchsias and other plants in the summer months. It makes a welcome stop for fortification before - or after - the challenges of Lose Hill, Win Hill, or even Kinder Scout.
For those of you with dogs, they are now allowed in the tea garden and café front inside the seating area. Inside, muddy boots are not turned away, and a log fire is lit on cold days to warm your toes. Don't get too close or you might melt!
Homemade foods, using the finest ingredients, are prepared on the premises.

Secure bike storage, a log fire, home cooking, muddy boots, a tea garden, maps, walking and mountain bike guides and a daily weather forecast from our weather machine make the Woodbine Café one of the best loved Peak District cafés.
When is the café open?
The café is open seven days a week all year round except Christmas Day.
Opening times are:
Summer: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00, Saturday to Sunday 9:00-5:30
Winter: Monday to Friday 9:00-4:30, Saturday to Sunday 9:00-5:00
What's on the menu?
All our food is freshly prepared, home cooked and delicious. You can have as much or as little as you want – including All Day Breakfast, Vegetarian options, special diets, snacks, cakes or just tea and coffee and a full range of soft drinks.
We operate a non-smoking policy in our café
You are still very welcome if you are a smoker, but will have to go outside for your ciggy.
