Although a two bedroom cottage this property is only available for two people, no pets, no children.

On entering the cottage you are greeted with a warm and comfortable dining/sitting room with wooden floors and a wood burning stove.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven (plus Rayburn), hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

The stairway is off the sitting room and takes you up to a luxurious double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and dressing room.

Carrying on up is a further single bedroom.   The second bedroom makes the property ideal for two single people renting.

Full central heating, wood burning stove and Rayburn.  All linens and towels are included.

Small separate garden with seating and barbeque area.

Alstonefield
Alstonefield is a small village in the Peak District National park, in an area known as the White Peak. The Peak District National Park covers 555 square miles and was the first of the National Parks, established in 1950.  Alstonefield lies on the borders of Derbyshire and Staffordshire on the watershed between the valleys of the Dove and the Manifold rivers. It has less than 250 residents but it possesses such unity and confidence that it has won the best kept village in the Community Council of Staffordshire Award competition on numerous occasions.

Directions
Alstonefield is located between Ashbourne and Buxton off the A515. The turning to Alstonefield is 6 miles (North) from Ashbourne and 9 miles (South) from Buxton. Take the turning signed to Alstonefield off the A515 and proceed down the hill to the River Dove. Cross over the small stone bridge and take the right fork, proceed up the hill and into the village.
