GROUND FLOOR   Once through the entrance door you are straight into a lovely very well equipped farmhouse style kitchen.  There is a real rustic feel to this room with its stone flagged floor, original ceiling beam and a large original gritstone feature fireplace. From the kitchen there is a doorway into a cosy comfortable lounge, which also has a large open fireplace.  The bathroom is on the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR   An open-plan staircase leads to the first floor which has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a separate toilet.
