A newly-renovated luxury farmhouse and 10 cottages with indoor heated swimming pool in 2 acres of landscaped grounds with fantastic views over Lathkill Dale and the surrounding countryside.
 
With space for over 50 people, Haddon Grove is perfect for families, groups and get-togethers as well as couples.
Superb location for walking, cycling, riding, climbing and all major Peak District Attractions as well as an on site leisure centre with indoor heated pool and games room. Also children’s Play Area and lots of outdoor seating and BBQ’s.
Open all year round. Short breaks welcome. Dogs welcome in several of the cottages.

There are 11 cottages in total, sympathetically converted from former farm buildings and sleeping between 2 and 10 people. Each has been individually designed to have its own unique character but all equipped with everything needed for a relaxing, stress-free holiday.
All the cottages are very well-equipped with fully fitted kitchens (fan oven, hob, fridge, microwave – several with dishwashers and fridge-freezers), bathrooms with WC, basin and bath (most with shower over or walk-in shower) and open plan living/dining areas with TV and DVD.
• The Farmhouse (2 double and 2 twin rooms) : newly-renovated to a high luxury standard, the Farmhouse boasts 3 bathrooms, large farmhouse kitchen with double oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer and 2 sitting rooms - perfect for large families or groups.
 
3 Bedroom cottages
• Blue John (1 double and 2 twin rooms) : newly-renovated with 2 bathrooms, new kitchen, solid wood flooring and comfortable leather furniture
• Sycamore (1 double and 2 twin rooms) : ground floor bedroom and bathroom making it ideal for those who find stairs challenging. Additional cloakroom with WC and basin
• Lathkill (1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk room) : feature cast iron range, ideal for families
2 Bedroom cottages
• Riber (1 double and 1 twin room) : newly-renovated with new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, solid wood flooring and comfortable leather furniture
• Chatsworth (1 double and 1 twin room) : newly-renovated with new kitchen, new bathroom, solid wood flooring and comfortable leather furniture. Ground floor bedroom and bathroom making it ideal for those who find stairs challenging.
