Description: LANE END SELF CATERING – THE HOME .
The delightful, spacious property has an open hallway, with stairs leading to four bedrooms and the family bathroom. The lounge, kitchen/dining room, ground floor bedroom/snug and downstairs toilet all lead off the hall.
The main television, DVD player and CD player are located in the lounge which is furnished with two large settees, footstool and floor cushions. There is a day bed in the snug which also has a television/DVD combo so that it can be used as a downstairs single bedroom, as a cosy snug for keen book lovers or as an alternative TV room.
The kitchen/dining room is equipped with an induction hob (with simple instructions), double oven, grill and microwave. It is well-lit and has a stone tiled floor. The dining table seats eight. The dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer are located in the utility room, which leads off from the kitchen.
The property has two upstairs, double-bedded rooms with 4'6" beds. One of these has an en-suite shower rooms with toilet and wash basin. Also upstairs, there is a twin-bedded room with two 3' beds and one single-bedded room also with a 3' bed.
The family bathroom provides a second shower, bath, toilet and sink. Both showers in the house run off a new combination boiler, providing instant hot water at the turn of the control - idea after a cold winter walk.

LANE END SELF CATERING – THE GARDEN AND GROUNDS . French doors lead out from the kitchen/dining room into the garden which offers a patio, shed (for bike storage) and a decking area for a BBQ. The garden is private and secure, giving peace of mind if you have dogs, young children or both.
Access can be gained via a third door which leads into a small utility room, ideal for dirty boots and dirty dogs! Wheelchair access is available through the front door, which is approached via a tarmac ramp.
