Peak District Cottages - Meadow View and Willow Barn - Ashbourne

Set in over 4 acres of the beautiful rural Derbyshire countryside down a 1 mile track, Nether Burrows offers the perfect destination for reunions and celebrations for those who require accommodation for up to 28 people on one site. Willow Barn and Meadow View each have seven bedrooms along with spacious living accommodation with log burner and a fully equipped games room for young and old kids alike! Fully fitted kitchens with electric hob, double oven, dishwasher, and separate utility room with washing machine provide you with everything you need for the perfect country holiday.

Outdoors each cottage has a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and the remainder of the 4 acre site provides plenty of space for activities as well as an attractively set pond where you are invited to fish or just sit and ponder. Nether Burrows is the perfect secluded spot for anyone who enjoys the countryside but with the added bonus of being a stones throw from both Derby (4 miles) and Ashbourne (9 miles) as well as all the delights of the Peak District.

Each cottage contains a twin bedroom to the ground floor with separate bathroom providing disabled accommodation if necessary; with three further double bedrooms (two with ensuite shower rooms) and three twin rooms with an additional bathroom and shower room to the first floor. One of our most popular features are the large games rooms equipped with pool table, football table and table tennis table along with a variety of board games and tv, dvd and video.

Meadow View and Willow Barn are each self-contained and sleep up to 14 people, however for larger parties they can be booked together, subject to availability. Children are very welcome at Nether Burrows however we do operate a no pets and no smoking policy.

All prices include oil, water, electric, bed linen and towels. There is ample parking on site and cots and highchairs are available on request.

Local amenities include paint balling, quad biking, golf, pony trekking, water sports, market towns, stately homes and other family attractions. Information on all local facilities is provided in the cottages.
