Description: Seal Brook Farm Cottages are situated in the small hamlet of Grangewood surrounded by the open farmland offering great views of Clifton Campville and Lullington which are located around the Mease Valley.
The barn has been luxuriously converted into two cottages, comprising a 2 bedroom and a 4 bedroom. which have achieved a 4 star Visit Britain rating. They can be booked as a 6 bedroom for large parties as they are interconnecting yet still private from small parties and families. Wi-Fi is available throughout both cottages. Both have private gardens with their own patio and furniture areas, off road parking is also individual for each cottage.
We have course fishing available either in the pond by the cottages or on our other Farm in Lullington which has a pond and River to fish. We also have a 1 acre paddock with a field shelter at the side of the property which if stated on time of booking can be available for children to ride bikes and play football, or even bring your own horses so you can ride through 34 acres of National Forest trees that we have recently planted. They are only ¾ of a mile up the road, and have the most land locked National Forest Tree.

The Cottages
 Stable View Cottage
This centrally heated cottage has a fully equipped modern kitchen fitted out with oak units, it contains a washer/dryer, dishwasher, double oven and hob with overhead cooker hood, microwave, 50/50 fridge freezer, and a full range of glass ware, crockery and utensils. The dining area has a large pine table and chairs that easily seats eight people. The French windows lead out onto a private patio area with furniture and large garden with beautiful country views. The sitting area has large coffee table with leather seating and a large digital television that has a modern yet cosy feel. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. All downstairs floors are tiled throughout.
Upstairs the floors are carpeted throughout, leading to four large bedrooms, one being a twin the other three all doubles. The bedrooms all have tiled en-suite shower rooms with large heated towel rails, with the main bedroom having a full size bath as well as overhead shower. All towels, linen and heating are provided.
 Summer Cottage
This centrally heated cottage is on one level, and has an entrance hall leading into a fully equipped modern kitchen with oak units, it contains a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large single oven and hob with overhead cooker hood, microwave, 50/50 fridge freezer, and a full range of glass ware, crockery and utensils. The dining/sitting area has a coffee table with leather seating and a digital television that has a modern yet cosy feel. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. The French windows lead out onto a private patio with furniture and large private garden. All the floors are tiled throughout, with the bedrooms having carpet.
The cottage has a family bathroom with large bath and overhead shower, a large heated stainless steel towel rail gives the room that extra quality feel.
The large bedrooms consist of one double and one twin, and the towels, linen and heating are provided.
