THE COTTAGE.
Located in the picturesque village of Alstonefield, the Mews cottage is a perfect location for exploring the Peak District National Park. The cottage has commanding views over the hills surrounding the village and has light and airy interiors. The Mews has a large fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, etc) and a breakfast area. Just off the kitchen is a long hallway which is great for boots, bikes or wet dogs! The kitchen leads to a very large lounge/dining room that has a log burner, perfect for cosy evenings after a long walk. The dining area has a large dining table for six and a large window that provides panoramic views across the hills. Upstairs is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. A large master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Both rooms also have commanding views. Outside the Mews has off-street parking, a fenced front garden with patio.

THE LOCATION.
The cottage is located just off the centre of the village and a short walk to the award winning George Inn and Farm Shop. It is perfect for exploring the River Dove and the Peak District National Park or cycling along the Tissington Trail or Manifold Valley Trail. The historic market towns of Buxton, Bakewell, Matlock and Ashbourne are in easy reach. The magnificent Chatsworth House and gardens, Tissington Hall, Kedleston Hall and Haddon Hall are just a short drive.

RATES.
Weekends £280 to £360 (Fri - Mon)
Mid week £290 to £390 (Mon - Fri)
Weekly £410 to £510 (Fri - Fri)
Short breaks £230 to £300 (2 nights)
Pets are welcome (£10 pet fee)
