Excellent cycling on the Tissington and High Peak Trails, ½ mile away. Fantastic walks from the doorstep. Lathkill Dale, Monsal Trail, Dovedale, etc are all close. Buxton Spa town with its Opera house is 6 miles away, Bakewell 7. Chatsworth house, Alton Towers, Haddon Hall, Poole Cavern and Go Ape course nearby.
Three country pubs within about a mile, one which can be walked to over the fields.
