Our Ice Cream Parlour. Why not come and visit us at the farm and enjoy an ice cream while you're here! We sell our full range of ice cream at the farm and are always trying out new and exciting flavours for you to sample. You can also sample our new Flavour of the Month, available exclusively at the farm. Our ice cream is available to buy in cones, 125ml tubs or 500ml tubs. The parlour is open Noon till Dusk, Tuesday's, Thursday's, Saturday's & Sunday'sThe three Hope Valley Promises 1 We only produce food that is fresh & tasty 2 Every cow, chicken & sheep is treated as an individual 3 We continue to protect and preserve these hills – as we have done for the past 300 years We make our ice cream in the farmhouse on our farm in the heart of the Hope Valley, in the beautiful Peak District National Park. We use milk from our cows, egg yolks from local free range hens and a dash of Hope! This business was partly financed by the New Environmental Economy Programme, a grant scheme funded by the European Regional Development Fund and managed by the Peak District National Park Authority. Each month we'll be coming up with a new flavour for you to try. These limited edition flavours will be available exclusively at the farm, so pop up and tell us what you think! Our Flavour of the Month for October for example was Damson Ripple! Our deliciously creamy dairy ice cream mixed with freshly poached damsons and rippled with a fruity damson sauce. Damson Ripple is available in cones and tubs at our Ice Cream Parlour and in 500ml tubs for you to take home. • How to Find Us Type S32 1EG into your SAT NAV An ideal get-away with friends or clubs. Enjoy one of our seasonal ice creams made on the farm, after a relaxing walk, a day climbing, or a swim in the village's 30 metre out-door pool in summer. You can eat in and have a gourmet meal delivered, or walk down to the village to eat in one of the many pubs and coffee shops or curry house. We now have four outdoor / climbing shops and a craft shop in Hathersage. Thorpe Farm Bunk Houses are also at this Farm

FACILITIES The Bunkhouses have all the facilities for an economic outward bound break - offering comfortable self-catering accommodation, including heating, well equipped kitchens, hot showers, toilets and drying facilities. There is also sleeping space in the sitting rooms of the smaller bunkhouses, and camping is available outside.
You only need to bring your sleeping bag (a few are available for hire), food and suitable clothing. Each bunk has a mattress and pillow so (unless you intend to hire one) please bring a sleeping bag.
All heating and electricity is included. Fire and smoke alarms are fitted in each bunkhouse.
Please remember that you may be sharing with others if you do not book for sole use. Weekend bookings are normally for a minimum of two nights.
