COFFEE SHOP Guests can enjoy their coffees and snacks either upstairs in our coffee shop – modelled on an Austrian mountain cabin, lovingly decorated with a multitude of Austrian knick, knacks, or join our flock of resident sparrows and relax outside in our sunny courtyard. Surrounded by flowers galore you could be forgiven to imagine yourself sunbathing in an alpine village, rather than in the centre of bustling Bakewell. Wait-was that a cowbell I hear (its just the chef to summon that lazy waitress again - only kidding).
In the Coffee Shop we serve: Gulasch soup, Austrian Sausage and Bean Soup all served in large bowls with bread and butter.
All our different sausages cooked to order, served the traditional way with German Mustard and bread Sandwiches Toasties (probably the thickest and most juicy in town) Various scones and teacakes Homebaked Apfelstrudel, Fruitcake and much besides. 13 different Teas and 17 different Coffees help you to wash it all down
