The smallholding is nestled in a gentle rolling valley at the tail end of Gratton Dale - a National Nature Reserve -, and is extremely peaceful and relaxing.. Our self-catering properties; Gratton Dale Cottage and Long Dale cottage are commended by the Tourist Board, and boats charming fully furnished accommodation. Each property can be booked separately or together for parties of 1-14 . There are lawns, patios, a lined out court for tennis, and ample space for parking. Fields surround Dale End, and the enclosed grounds are ideal for children.

Long Dale cottage offers accommodation for up to seven adults with 1double and 2 twin bedrooms and single bed settee in the lounge. Bathroom with bath and shower over. Cot & highchair available on request. Facilities include TV DVD CD & Ipod player Elec hob/oven m/wave washing machine . Heating, electricity and bed linen included. The interior is very comfortable and maintained to a high standard. Out side there is a patio to the front with garden furniture, and a lawned garden to the rear overlooking the paddock.
Gratton Dale Cottage accommodates up to eight people with 2 double and 1 twin bedroom and additional double bed settee in the lounge. Bathroom with shower and additional en-suite to one of the double rooms. Cot & highchair available on request. Facilities include TV DVD CD & Ipod player Elec hob/oven m/wave washing machine . Heating, electricity and bed linen included. The interior is very comfortable and maintained to a high standard. Outside there is a lawned area to side and rear overlooking the paddock.
