Roaches Hall is a stunning Victorian Hunting lodge. It has an entrance porch with a large oak door and inset lodge gate. The entrance hall has a high panelled ceiling and wood panelled arch. An impressive staircase leads to the first floor. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with an original Thomas Crapper suite with high level WC in the most unusual of curved rooms. The main lounge has large bay windows, stunning views and it also has a huge stone fireplace with wood burning stove (logs provided free of charge). The Dining Room has views through a pentangle window in the turret corner and a further two windows, with a feature fireplace. There are three dining tables to seat up to 30 people comfortably. The second sitting room has a feature fireplace and views over the famous Roaches Rocks and leather sofas for eight.  The kitchen is fully equipped for large parties of guests. A large Rangemaster Oven will cater for the most elaborate of dishes. There are plenty of worksurfaces and cupboard space with a microwave, dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, and washer dryer. There are 13 bedrooms (including a wonderful Victorian Four Poster) and 10 bathrooms.

Outside there are eight acres of fields, woodland and gardens for your exclusive use, plus the adjacent land is open access fabulous countryside where you can roam for miles.
