This really is a luxury exclusive apartment in the seclusion of the Peak District. There are no other buildings or neighbours for a mile or two and there are superb, panoramic views.
The property nestles in the seclusion of the white peak, and its close to the villages of Alport and Youlgreave, famous for it’s well-dressings and unique to Derbyshire. Chatsworth House and the medieval manor Haddon Hall are within five miles. Also very close by are the beautiful Market Towns of Bakewell, Buxton, Ashbourne, Wirksworth and Crich.
Accommodation Facilities.
A very spacious 1st floor apartment in a converted 18th century barn that sleeps two.....
There is a tastefully appointed lounge, full kitchen facilities, a large and comfortable bedroom with king-size bed and fantastic views from a large picture window. There is also an En-suite bathroom with a spa bath and lovely under floor heating.
There is potential to accommodation more guests if required as there is a further en-suite twin bedroom with luxury facilities, wet room and disabled access on the ground floor.
The accommodation has its own patio overlooking fields, with a beautiful garden and decking area. Wi-Fi and Broadband are available for your use in the accommodation. A Luxury Welcome Basket with wine or champagne and chocolates awaits your arrival. Food from Peak Cuisine is available if ordered. Linen, electricity and heating are included. There is ample parking. No smoking. No pets. We do welcome Babes - in arms and children over 5 years. Not suitable for toddlers. Sleep 2 (+1) The Secret at Peak Serenity is open all year. Short breaks are available.

Conference facilities
Peak Conference Center is part of Cliff Farm. ( last used as a working farm in the '60s. Purchased by the present owners in 1981 and converted in 2007 ) and situated in the seclusion of the White Peak enveloped in this superb countryside. Space is available in the converted 18th century barn. The 30`x20` meetings room with ceramic porcelain tiled floor has ambient underfloor heating. Original 250 year old beamed ceiling and sandstone walls enhance the beauty of the surroundings. 20 people can be accommodated "board room" style, 30 people in "theatre" format. A screen, flip chart and power is available as well as wi-fi and broadband.
A delicious buffet lunch or a sandwich menu, with food from locally sourced Peak Park outlets can be included. Tea and coffee from our bean to cup machine, and soft drinks are available all day. Savour water from our private well. Bring your board members for an "away - day" in this totally confidential setting. Let your creativity flow and explore new ideas in this interruption free facility.

The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is in a secluded building with porcelain tiled floor and original 250 year old sand-stone walls and oak beams hewn from the neighbouring woods hundreds of years ago.
This place of peace lends itself to meditation days or retreats, and was created to celebrate the peace which our Lord gives each of us. The Sanctuary can be used by all churches of the Christian faith. of any denomination.
It can also be used for festivals, Christmas, Easter, etc.. The paddock is also available for camping if so desired.
They have their own private water supply, Serenity Water, is on tap..Beautifully icy cold
A Bean-to-cup coffee machine is also here with espresso coffee etc., at a nominal price. Food can be ordered with our caterers at a cost per head.Wifi and broadband are on site for your Seminars.
