There is a farmhouse style kitchen with adjoining utility room and feature stone fireplace with wood burning stove, two spacious sitting rooms with open fires. Ground floor basin & W.C. Dining room to seat 14 with open fire. Downstairs secure rooms with gym, dart board, pool table and extra t.v/reception room, ideal for children. Two large family bathrooms including sauna & Jacuzzi, master suite with four poster bed, balcony & en-suite wet room and a further 4 large bedrooms, each sleeping 3 persons with stacker beds to sleep 4. A large patio area, ideal for sitting out. Set in approx two acres of landscaped gardens with an extra paddock for dog walking.
There is excellent walking and outdoor pursuits including cycling and climbing close by, with rugged peaks to the north, gentle hills and dales to the south and Millers Dale close to the village. Mam Tor, Castleton, Chatsworth and the famous Ladybower resevoirs are only a few minutes drive away. Eldon Hole, one of the seven wonders of the peak, is a 20 minute walk from the house. We are also located on the Pennine bridleway.
