Brand new this year Spingle barn is a luxury barn conversion comprising of four fully ensuite bedrooms, two of which are situated on the ground floor and ideally suited to the less mobile guest. There are three double/ twin rooms and one large family room with double/twin beds and space for two additional beds. Each bedroom features underfloor heating, a superking sized double/twin bed(s), flat screen television, dvd players and wifi connection.

The contemporary kitchen offers premium appliances of built in oven,microwave, hi-light hob, dishwasher and an american fridge freezer with ice and drinking water facilities. A large washing machine and tumble dryer is also provided in the laundry area for the benefit of guests.. The dining area features oak beams and can accommodate 12 guests around the farmhouse table Each area of Spingle Barn has underfloor heating which can be adjusted to suit the guests requirements. The huge double height lounge with galleried landing has big comfy leather sofas, a gorgeous Clearview woodburning stove, big screen tv and also offers a hearing loop facility for guests with hearing aids.
The open plan lounge also has underfloor heating with the addition of a Clearview woodburning stove, big comfy leather sofas and a large dining area. The lounge opens into the secluded garden with outdoor seating ,firepit and barbecue area. The garden is sheltered and completely private with far reaching views across open farmland to the Peak District moors and Bagshaw dale.
We know it can be hard to get away when you have pets so we say bring yours with you! It’s ok to bring your dog, your cat, your bunnies, hamster or guinea pig. You can bring your parrot, canary or budgie. We can also accommodate ponies and horses.
Outside the private secluded gardens have firepit, barbecue and seating area with wonderful views across to Lathkill Dale and the Peak District moors
We have grazing for your equine companion and we also have a place for your little furry friends to stay over in the garden at Spingle barn. We hope this will make it easier for you to come and visit.
Secure storage is also available for bikes etc.
 
Situated on the edge of the village of Monyash, on a Peak District hill farm, the barn offers a fantastic location whether you are visiting for the weekend or for a longer stay. Turn left out of the farm gate and a 2 minute walk will put you in Lathkilldale National nature reserve, a limestone gorge renowned for both its wildlife and wild flower reserves. Turn right out of the farm gate a 2 minute walk and you are in the heart of this wonderful Peak District village, almost 1000ft above sea level with its pretty village green and market cross. Here you will also find an excellent village pub, well known for both its beer and food! Surrounding the village in all directions are fantastic walks along country lanes, cycle trails, ancient monuments, stately homes and fantastic eateries.
Spingle Barn will be available from late Spring for parties up to 8 people at an introductory rate of £800 for seven nights. We welcome pets by arrangement. (extra guests and pets - additional charges may apply.Up to four extra guests can be accommodated using z beds available in the barn.
