Walks In Hathersage

Hathersage, not far from Sheffield is ideal to go for a walk, plenty or walking routes and is one of the more popular villages in the Peak District.

Here is a walk that is shorter than others I have done recently, and is therefore more suitable for older ones and families with younger children. The walk is about 3 miles and the estimated time is about two and a half hours, but this depends on the walkers. The walk begins at Hooks Carr car park, not far outside of Hathersage. This area can get quite busy, as it is a popular site for rock climbing and bouldering, as well as for walkers.
