Wolfscote Grange Farm Cottages

Wolfscote Grange Cottages are situated on the edge of the Dove Valley in a beautiful landscape of hills and dales they stretch down the valley. The pretty village of Hartington is two miles away with its cheese shop country pubs and restaurants/ cream tea shops.  The cottages are set on Joe and Janes family farm where sheep and cattle are looked after balancing farming practices and wildlife conservation there is an abundance of wildlife with a farm trail and excellent walking routes from the cottage doors.

Cruck Cottage – sleeps 4.
Ground floor: Kitchen/lounge/diner, TV, DVD player and radio/CD player.
Bedroom 1: With twin beds, Bathroom: With under-floor heating, shower cubicle, WC, shaver point and wash basin
First floor: Bedroom 2: With galleried double bedroom.

Tom Boys Cottage (sleeps 4-6).
Ground Floor: Kitchen/lounge/diner, Sofa bed for +2, TV, Sky Free-view, DVD player, WiFi and radio/CD player.
First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin . Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and shower point.
oil fired central heating. Internet access available.

Wolfscote Cottage (sleeps 4).
Ground floor : 2 Bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with bunk beds, Bathroom: With shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and shaver point.
First floor: Kitchen/lounge/diner, TV, Sky Free-view, DVD player and radio/CD player.

Swallows Return (sleeps 6-7).
Ground floor: Bedrooms 1 x With double bed, Bedroom 2 x With twin zip’n’link beds, Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC, wash basin and shaver point.
First floor: Kitchen/lounge/diner. TV, Sky Freeview, DVD player, WiFi and radio/CD player.
Bedroom 3 x With king size bed and en-suite shower, WC and wash basin.

Facilities for the cottages above:
All fuel, bed linen provided. Cot and highchair on request. Communal drying facility available on site for the above cottages.
Parking for 2 cars (3 cars at Swallows Return). Patio area with garden furniture. One well behaved dog.

Cruck, Tom Boys, Wolfscote & Swallows cottages are at the grange overlooking the beautiful Dove valley with hills and dales in the distance and the river Dove just below the cottages .

The following cottages are set in a village location in the pretty village of Hartington.

Graces Cottage (sleeps 4)

Ground floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed, Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
First floor: Sitting/Dining area: With TV, video and radio/CD player, Kitchen, Shower room: With shower, WC, shaver point and wash basin.
One well behaved dog allowed downstairs only. A second dog may be acceptable at an additional charge of £8, but this is the owners decision and you must check when booking.
Off road parking for two cars, sunny patio with furniture and BBQ. Telephone box in village.

This property is next door to Hillcrest Cottage and Red Lion House.

Hillcrest Cottage (sleeps 4)

Ground floor: Lounge with limestone fireplace complete with log burner, Free view TV, DVD  and radio/CD player, Kitchen/Diner, Bathroom: With spa bath and shower, WC, wash basin and shaver point .
First floor: Bedroom 1: With  double bed, Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Oil Central heating.  Outside: Front and back garden (back is partly enclosed). Garden furniture and BBQ.  Only one well behaved dog allowed downstairs. Off road parking for two cars. Telephone box in village. 

Red Lion House (sleeps 6)

Ground floor: Lounge: With  TV, DVD and Sky, radio/CD player, Dining room with door leading to garden, Kitchen.
First floor: Bedroom 1:  With double bed and en-suite shower room, W.C., hand basin and heated towel rail, Bedroom 2: With King size bed, Bedroom 3: With twin beds, Bathroom: With spa bath, W.C., shaver point and hand basin.
Oil central heating . Enclosed garden with patio and BBQ area. Sorry no pets. Off road parking for two cars. This property is in the same location as Hillcrest Cottage and Grace’s Cottage.

All heating, electric and bed linen included.  Highchair and cot available – please request when booking.
Laundry facilities can be arranged with the owner at their property approximately 2 miles away.
