Garden Farm Bed & Breakfast

Garden Farm is a Beautiful Bed & Breakfast , furnished and equipped to a very high standard and set within the 7-acre grounds of the Farm (no longer working), in a quiet and peaceful location on the edge of Ilam Hall Country Park, enjoying spectacular countryside views.

FACILITIES 

There are four large double rooms, including a twin / treble with either en-suite shower room or your own private bathroom attached. All the rooms are decorated to a very high standard fully equipped with TV, refreshment tray and hair drier. Residents enjoy their own separate entrance and hallway.

There is a beautiful residents lounge where you can relax and unwind, alongside the space of your own room. There is a large selection of books and magazines available.

There is ample parking available, a garden to enjoy and a paddock if you bring your dog.

We are child and pet friendly. Lockable, secure cycle storage is available.

There is an extensive breakfast menu with additional ‘specials’ and vegetarian options.Light suppers are available by prior arrangement.

LOCATION

Garden Farm enjoys a secluded location with extensive and breathtaking views overlooking Ilam Hall National Trust Estate and up the Manifold Valley. The Tissington Trail , Manifold Trail and High Peak Trail, for cycling or walking are close by. Footpaths lead directly from the village of Ilam making this an ideal location for walking as the Dovedale and Manifold valleys are just a mile away. There are numerous National Trust properties within easy driving distance.

Other attractions within easy reach include Chatsworth House, Alton Towers, The National Tram Museum, Buxton Opera House, Derwent Valley World Heritage Site, Ashbourne, Matlock and Bakewell.

We also have a A beautiful 4 star two bedroom cottage, one double, one twin, with either private bathroom or en-suite available.
