Adjoining the owner’s property which borders a nearby golf course, being located within walking distance of this popular spa town and its excellent range of amenities. Enjoy the historic splendour of Buxton’s Georgian Crescent, a night out at the Opera House, or a short drive will take you to the Goyt Valley and beyond into Edale and the beginning of the Pennine Way, approx 8 miles from Chatworth House and Park.

You enter the property at the rear, into a small hallway, which is the lounge/ dining room that is full of charm with fabrics and furnishings having been carefully co-ordinated throughout, which enjoys views of the golf course and countryside beyond.�To the right of the hall is the kitchen with all the essentials you will need for your stay. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, with power shower, hand basin and toilet. There are two bedrooms off the lounge/dining area, both with double beds. Stairs from the dining area lead to the master bedroom that has a king sized bed. French doors from the lounge lead direct to a large patio with wooden garden furniture, good views and the sun for most of the day and early evening.
