Yeldwood Farm Cottage B & B

Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a family-run bed and breakfast on a beef and sheep farm on the Chatsworth Estate. The cottage is attached to the farmhouse but provides completely independent accommodation, situated in the beautiful Peak District.

It’s your choice whether you have a full English or a continental breakfast… we look forward to welcoming you.

The cottage is a converted barn which has recently been refurbished to make you feel welcome and at home.The cottage sleeps 2 + 2 on the sofa bed and a camp bed or travel cot are also available to hire . It consists of a large, bright bedroom, with a luxury super- king size bed, or two relaxing twin beds, a spacious sitting room with sofa bed and TV/ DVD, where you can unwind after a long walk, a beautiful modern bathroom with a separate shower and bath, a private dining room and a kitchen which you are welcome to use in the evening if you would like to. There is ample bicycle storage, if you need it and of course beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The breakfast is completely your choice. A large English breakfast is on offer, made with locally sourced, fresh produce, cooked with care by us at Yeldwood Farm Cottage. We always use our own, fresh eggs and in the summer we do our best to use our own mushrooms, picked straight from the fields and our own tomatoes, straight from the plants in the greenhouse.

If you would prefer to have a quick bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee or tea, you can! We will also do our best to cater for vegetarians, if told in advance. We are open throughout the year and can be booked for one or two night stays or longer weekly stays. Please contact us for discounted rates for longer stays.
