Based in the old market town of Wirksworth, Derbyshire on the edge of the Peak District. Wirksworth Outdoors is a friendly, independent shop run by Geoff and Amanda, that specialises in outdoor clothes, footwear and equipment.

We love the outdoors and want to share the experience with others, offering honest advice to our customers. We know what is needed from outdoor technical clothing and have chosen our brands with this in mind. We are confident they offer the very best possible performance to our customers. We use our products and brands when walking on the hills in the rain, sometimes in the sun, camping in the Peak District, cycling in France and generally enjoying the outdoors.

Whatever your activity, whether it be walking, cycling, camping, running or other outdoor pursuit we have the gear for you.
