Bradbourne

Bradbourne is a remote hill village with quiet limestone countryside surrounding it overlooked by Haven Hildale with Haven Hill to the South of it.   The tiny cluster of limestone buildings are grouped by the Elizabethan Bradbourne Hall and the church of All Sts, which has the remnants of an eighth century Saxon cross in the churchyard.

The neighbouring village of Brassington is the nearest for facilities but close by is Carsington water where there is a spectacular reservoir and acres of land to explore as well as watersports galore.

There are plenty of good walking routes with the Limestone Way, Tisiington Trail and High Peak Trail passing by.
