Chesterfield’s rich historical heritage is explored in the town’s museum and art gallery.
The museum is located on St Mary’s Gate close to the Parish Church (Crooked Spire), within easy walking distance of car parks and the railway station.
Chesterfield Museum is currently closed as part of a multi-million-pound renovation and reimagining project to Stephenson Memorial Hall.
