High Peak Bookstore Café is a great place to relax. We serve local freshly-ground coffee and an excellent range of loose leaf teas, as well as breakfast items, lunches, light bites, cakes and snacks.
Serving paninis, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, soups, Homity pie and salad, the emphasis here is very much on ‘home-made’, including our own pesto, dressings, and soups.
The café is open:

9:30AM – 5:00PM
Sunday
10:30AM – 4:30PM
As well as hot drinks we sell refreshing soft drinks, with a twist on the traditional, such as old-fashioned cola, lemonade, retro milkshakes and juice.
The coffee shop closes half an hour before the bookstore.
Meals stop being served an hour before the café closes.
