We are very proud of our award winning Grafene Restaurant. The food really is something special. Many of our guests express genuine surprise and admiration for the quality of the preparation, the flavours and presentation which create a memorable dining experience in a wonderful setting. The Times has listed us as one of their ’20 best wild places to eat in Britain’, describing our restaurant as “a wonderfully tranquil setting for some serious fine dining”. Our restaurant has also been given a prestigious double AA Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence.

We feel strongly about the quality and provenance of all our ingredients and source from local Peak District businesses wherever we can. This philosophy has gone a long way towards us being awarded the Peak District Environmental Quality Mark for our commitment to the Peak District and the environment in general.
