The Three Roofs Cafe

Welcome to the Three Roofs café in the glorious village of Castleton in the Derbyshire Peak District.

We are a traditional café that provides good home cooked food in a relaxed setting that overlooks the beautiful views of the Derbyshire Dales.

Being in close proximity of Bakewell, Buxton, Manchester, Sheffield and many other popular destinations, the three roofs café is a welcome break for motorists wishing to stretch their tired legs and breath in the fresh air. Its picturesque location makes it a popular stop-off for tourists, walking groups and local residents alike. The patio at the front of the café makes a beautiful setting for summer afternoon tea where you can relax with your children and family pets.

The Three Roofs café is also a perfect place to sit with a cup of fresh coffee and a delicious slice of our many homemade cakes and you can while away hours reading a book, checking your emails or even reading a newspaper, regardless of the weather.

On a rainy day many regular customers like nothing more than to sit inside and appreciate the soft eclectic sounds of our music. Our locally sourced food is prepared fresh on the premises and you can choose from a selection of snacks and light meals served all day, every day.

Gluten free and vegan breakfast, lunches, cakes and scones are available and we now offer more variety to meet people’s dietary requirements.

Parking at the Three Roofs Café is available and there is a short stay car park adjacent to us.

There are a number of local attractions in the area and our friendly staff will be more than happy to offer advice during your stay in the Peak District.

Groups of visitors are also welcome, although it may be advisable to telephone ahead of your arrival on busy summer days or try to book in advance with our new online booking system.
