Been here today to grab a meal with my family ( 1 year old a beautiful wife and a puppy ). Hands down one of the best pubs I’ve ever been to in the Uk. Lovely people and the best food I’ve had in any restaurant or pub ever. I don’t review places but I just had to let people know how outstandingly good this place was. We will definitely come back but next time we need to try the pizza!

Brilliant stay. Olde worlde decor. Great staff all cheerful. Fab choice of beers and wines. The Best Breakfast Ever. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

Food was lovely especially the lamb that I had. I couldn’t get over the portion size and the quality of the lamb was fantastic! The lamb was tender with very little fat on it which I think was the biggest surprise. T

Excellent service. Our waitress was lovely and made us laugh by putting a tea light next to her dessert to wish her happy birthday. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.
