Longshaw is a wonderful expanse of moorland in the Peak District. home to the very famous sheepdog trials, it is also the place to go for some wonderful walking country. Close by are villages such as Grindleford, which are the closest amenities. It’s a great base for some stunning walks and finding the millstones dotted about.
