Welcome to the new section for peak district online all about the wildlife in the peak district , covering the huge variety of animals within the peak district national park, from hares and rabbits to sparrowhawks and buzzards, and everything in between.  We welcome anybody to send in their own photos and locations where they may have taken and shots of wildlife , or indeed any flora and fauna . Please send your shots and descriptions of where and when you took the shot and we can happily post up on Peak District Online – but we must stress we need some text about the image before we can post – helpful details being what camera and lens was used , any settings you care to mention and the location of the image .
