Pubs In Ashford

There are two pubs in the village of Ashford, one offering accommodation. The Ashford Arms offers comfortable pub accommodation second to none, with eight bedrooms, all ensuite with bath or showers, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and radio’s and offer fantastic countryside views. The Bulls head which is a 17th-century family one coaching in with oak beams and open fires with newspapers to read and jazz in the background is a very friendly and welcoming pub very popular with walkers during the day and locals during the night.

In the nearby village of Great Longstone, The White Lion pub is well known for the quality of food. It serves, extremely popular and has an ever growing reputation. Arguably, the prettiest village in the National Park just 2 miles from Bakewell, this village is a superb base for attractions of all of the Peak District, with Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Monsal head literally a few minutes drive away.
